About Contributions
All featured contributors on this page must sign a contract with us that allows us to use their artwork on this website and to promote
The Museum of Mythical History project. We agree not to sell any items with your artwork, nor use your contribution in the
actual museum without additional compensation and a new contract.
For all artists that contribute, we gladly promote your fantasy work by linking you on this page and announcing your contributions to our fan groups. We are looking for professional artists and writers in the field of fantasy, but if feel you might be able to make a meaningful contribution without said credentials, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can use our fan site and discussion board to post ideas, interesting items, or fan art. As a group that promotes education and the arts, we highly encourage your participation!
How to be a Featured Contributor
Step 1: Please review our simple Contribution Contract. Before we can use your art on the site or for the museum we will send you a personalized copy of the contract with your name inserted into it. In order to contribute, you must agree, sign, and email the personalized contract back to us.
This contract is for your own protection as much as it is for ours; it limits our use of the contribution so we cannot sell your work. So please review the contract before proceeding; in order to sign a legal contract you must be over 18.

Step 2: Whether you plan to contribute stories/articles, concept art, or a pre existing piece for the project, you must own the copyright to the intellectual property. If you have previously sold the art or writing for any commercial purpose it is likely you no longer hold the copyright.
Step 3: To be considered as a contributor please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please include a link to where we can see a samples of your art or writing. You may send a single piece or provide a link to various examples that you think might appeal to us.
Step 4: The last thing we will need is short bio from you. You may provide a link to one on your site or email us one. Check the site for examples.
Step 5: Please be patient. We get a lot of request to donate and it takes a good amount of time to process each request, in addition to getting pages up for those who are already a part of this project.
Other than that we welcome any and all requests. We want to thank you for considering us as a worthy cause to donate your talents to and look forward to building a strong working relationship with all of our contributors.

- Ed Beard Jr. - A fantasy illustrator for over 25 years, his art has been published in popular games and books such as Dungeons and Dragons, Magic the Gathering, and on his own annual "Dragon Calendar" found at B&N and Borders for the past 7 years. Ed is one of a handful of fantasy artists whose works are 100% hand painted.
- Christain N. St. Pierre - His work has appeared in several publications such as Book of Dragons and Hero System 6th edition by Hero Games, Dresden Files RPG and Spirit of the Century RPG from from Evil Hat Productions as well as other works for Mongoose Publishing. Christian visits several conventions a year and is one of the nicest and most talented artist you'll ever meet.
- Jennifer Kearney - Jennifer Kearney was born in Riverside, California and has always had a passion for art, the world of fantasy, the natural world and everything in it. She enjoys working primarily in the realms of fantasy, as well as doing portraiture, landscapes and character design/development. Kearney has worked on numerous freelance projects, has been featured in several publications and has won many awards for her illustration work. Jennifer Kearney currently resides in Tucson, Arizona.
- Juan Solorzano - A self-taught artist, Juan learned to airbrush while attending a 2-year college. He then applied his traditional art training to digital media and continues to hone his skills. His favorite genre to illustrate is fantasy ans scifi, and has found a new interest in children's illustration.
- Marc Fishman - Since entering the professional art world, Marc has won numerous awards, including "Best in Show" International Fantasy Art Show. He has also won numerous Judges' Choice Awards in national and international shows. In 1998 Marc also won the esteemed Chesley Award for his piece entitled, "Salvation."
- Matt Hughes - Award winning artist, his art has featured in numorous publications such as Heavy Metal Magazine, Spectrum, How to Draw and Paint Fairies, Wizard Magazine, White Wolf Publishing, etc.
- Theresa Mather - Thresa Mather was our very frist contributor. A professional artist since 1989, best known for her pieces painted on feathers and stone, integrating her paintings with the natural colors and textures. Theresa exhibits at over 70 shows each year and is the recipient of numerous awards.

Artist Christian N. St.Pierre contributed a concept sketch of the ancient serpent dragon Jörmungandr, his sketch really brings the legend to life.
